How does billing work?
Premium is billed as a one-time 30-day period via Stripe. It does not auto-renew — you purchase it for a specific bot or server and it expires after 30 days.
Can I have Premium on multiple listings?
Yes. Each purchase applies to one specific bot or server. You can purchase Premium for as many listings as you like.
What happens when Premium expires?
Your listing returns to free tier. The premium badge, featured placement, and exclusive perks are removed. Your listing and all data remain intact.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe — BotList never sees or stores your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final unless required by law. If you experience a billing issue, contact us through our Discord support server.
